How to Delete Your Data
If you want us to delete your data associated with Lunsbok Messaging, you can:
- Disconnect from WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook: Remove our app from your WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook account settings. This will trigger an automatic deauthorization and we will delete your access tokens.
- Email us: Send a request to support@lunsbok.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your account identifier. We will process your request within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
- Your WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook access tokens and account IDs
- Message data associated with your connected accounts
- Any profile information we received during account connection
Automatic Deletion
When you remove our app from your WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook account, Meta sends us a deauthorization callback. We automatically delete your stored access tokens and associated data upon receiving this notification.
