How to Delete Your Data

If you want us to delete your data associated with Lunsbok Messaging, you can:

  1. Disconnect from WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook: Remove our app from your WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook account settings. This will trigger an automatic deauthorization and we will delete your access tokens.
  2. Email us: Send a request to support@lunsbok.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include your account identifier. We will process your request within 30 days.

What Gets Deleted

Automatic Deletion

When you remove our app from your WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook account, Meta sends us a deauthorization callback. We automatically delete your stored access tokens and associated data upon receiving this notification.
