When you connect your WhatsApp, Instagram, or Facebook account, we receive:
- Your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, or Instagram/Facebook user ID
- Your account name and profile information
- An access token to send and receive messages on your behalf
We also collect message data (content, timestamps, sender/recipient identifiers) to deliver our messaging services.

- To send and receive messages on your behalf through connected channels
- To maintain and improve our messaging platform
- To provide customer support
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with Meta (WhatsApp/Facebook/Instagram) as required to provide messaging services, and with infrastructure providers (AWS) for hosting.
5. Data Retention
We retain message data and access tokens for as long as your account is connected. You can request deletion at any time (see our Data Deletion page).
